Information collected automatically:

This website uses Independent Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that runs entirely on our own servers. It does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not send any information to external services. It collects aggregated, anonymous data about page visits and traffic sources so we can understand how the site is being used. No data that can identify you personally is ever collected or stored by this tool.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking scripts.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your consultation request or inquiry
• Communicate with you about your project
• Send you information you’ve specifically requested
• Meet any legal obligations that apply to us

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We don’t send unsolicited emails or newsletters unless you’ve asked us to.

We keep your contact details and project communications for as long as your client relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes. If you’d like us to delete your data, contact us at info@prevaildigital.net and we’ll take care of it.

If you book a consultation call through our booking tool, you’ll be interacting with a third-party scheduling platform. That platform has its own privacy policy, which governs how they handle your information. We’ll link to it directly on the booking page.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CalOPPA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request that we delete your personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

Because we use cookieless, privacy-first analytics that store no personal data, most of these rights are academic in practice. We don’t have a profile on you. But the rights still apply to any information you’ve sent us directly, and we’ll honor any request promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information you share with us. Our website runs on HTTPS. Our analytics data is stored locally on our own servers and is not accessible to outside parties.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take this seriously and maintain enterprise-standard security practices across everything we build.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top. We won’t silently update it in ways that matter to you without notice.
